Who I am
The study of biology and clinical psychology did provide useful knowledge, but not enough vision and inspiration. I found them in the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism (Shambhala). With meditation, however, it became clear how strong I was in my head and how little contact I had with my body. That put me on the path of bodywork some 20 years ago. By first doing Rebalancing, and later Focusing and Somatic Experiencing. Recently (2016) I also completed the two-year NARM training of Larry Heller. NARM focuses on developmental trauma, which requires a different approach to shock trauma.
